Prince George’s 社区 College Joins Consortium of Maryland Institutions to Host Nursing and Allied Health Career Fair

(2022年2月24日) – The Prince George’s 社区 College (PGCC) Office of Career Development and Internships joins a consortium of Maryland colleges and universities today to host the spring 2022 Nursing and Allied Health Professionals Virtual Career Fair, which will be held from 4:00 – 6:30 p.m. 美国东部时间. This event is the first of its kind, aligning area institutions with a select industry.
学生, 校友, and community residents who seek a job, advancement within their career, or a new career direction are encouraged to attend the free event. More than 30 healthcare employers are confirmed to participate, and each partnering organization will have its own designated breakout room in which to facilitate engagement with job seekers. 登记 is required to 访问事件 and will be available on the day of.
“I hope that PGCC students and 校友 will take advantage of this free networking opportunity to connect with hiring employers and position themselves to be hired for available career opportunities,” said Alicia Jackson-Warren, program director of the Office of Career Development and Internships at Prince George’s 社区 College.
Two-year and four-year participating institutions include: Hood College, Notre Dame of Maryland University, Allegany College of Maryland, 哈福德社区学院, 蒙哥马利学院, and Wor-Wic 社区 College. Confirmed employers consist of some of the largest area healthcare organizations, including those listed below.
